POSITION OVERVIEW
Our team is looking for a Veterinary Medical Director to supervise the process and quality of clinical programs to ensure that the highest standards of medicine and client service are maintained. A clear understanding of medical protocols will be vital to ensure that our hospital is operating in an efficient manner. Responsibilities for this position include:
- Developing, implementing, and verifying medical training programs
- Researching current and best veterinary medicine standards
- Setting strategic goals for continuous improvement in patient care and client satisfaction
- Investigating breaches in protocols/medicine

Our multi-doctor team, including an ABVP specialist, works with both small, avian, and exotic animals. The variety of patients we see adds excitement to our day and keeps us on our toes!
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
- Competitive Pro-sal compensation of $160-175K paid on 22% production
- $15,000 sign-on bonus
