POSITION OVERVIEW:

Inspire Veterinary Partners is eager to welcome a Traveling Interim Veterinary Medical Director to work with hospitals to supervise the process and quality of clinical programs and ensure that the highest standards of medicine and client service are being met. A clear understanding of medical protocols will be vital to ensure that each hospital is operating in an efficient manner. Responsibilities for this position
include:

  • Traveling every 6 – 12 months to Inspire Veterinary Partner hospitals across the country
  • Developing, implementing, and verifying medical training programs
  • Researching current and best veterinary medicine standards
  • Setting strategic goals for continuous improvement in patient care and client satisfaction
  • Investigating breaches in protocols/medicine

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

  • $175,000 base salary + performance bonuses
  • $15,000 sign-on bonus
  • Travel and relocation assistance
  • 401k with 3% employer match
  • $3,500 annual continuing education stipend and PTO

    • paid 100% for full-time employees
    • additional family member coverage available at the employee’s discretion

  • 2 weeks PTO for year one, 4 weeks after year two
  • 6 flex/sick/bereavement days + 6 paid holidays
