To ensure the success of our practice, we invest in the professional development of our team by providing annual CE opportunities, PTO, and a CE stipend. We provide mentorship through case reviews, shadowing, doctor meetings, and coaching.

Our entire team is fear-free and feline-friendly certified, and we strive to provide the highest quality care to every individual and pet owner. We ensure all needs are met with 30-minute appointment times for existing clients and 60-minute appointment times for new clients. We believe in nurturing the human-animal bond through progressive, thorough and thoughtful medical care for our patients and through education for our clients.

Our paper-lite practice is well-equipped with AviMark, in-house laboratory including idexx, CBC, Chem, U/A, digital radiography, digital dental radiography, and a therapy laser. We’re also open to purchasing an ultrasound unit for a new associate.

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

We are seeking a Small Animal Associate Veterinarian who is motivated in providing compassionate, quality care for our clients’ best friends. Our ideal candidate seeks to be fear-free and feline-friendly certified and has a desire to pursue other interests to bring the best quality care to our clients’ best friends.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

  • Base salary $100,000+ plus production-based bonuses
  • 2 weeks of PTO
  • 4-day work week
    • Half a Saturday once a month
    • No after hour care
    • No emergency after hour care

  • $10,000 sign on/relocation bonus
  • 401(k) with 3.5% matching
  • Medical, and dental insurance
  • $2,000 continuing education stipend with days off to pursue CE
  • Licensing allowance: State, DEA, AVMA, HW society and PLIT
