Red Bank Veterinary Hospital is seeking a small animal associate veterinarian to join our privately owned and AAHA accredited hospital. Ideal candidates would be ambitious, collaborative, and confident. Those with an interest in urgent care and acupuncture are encouraged to apply!

SURGERY OPPORTUNITY

Looking to put your sharp surgery skills to good use? This is the place for you! Our high-volume caseload and referrals that we receive provide ample potential for growth and opportunities to hone your surgery skill set. Development in other areas of your veterinary career is available with our wide scope of resources to provide gold standard veterinary care.

FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE

We recognize that a good quality life outside of your veterinary career is extremely important. We support your work-life balance by scheduling a 3–4-day work week with rotating Saturday shifts, no after hours, and no on-call responsibilities. Our close location to three specialty hospitals allows you to refer patients when appropriate and avoid overnight cases. New associates are also given 45 minutes – 1 hour appointment times when starting to provide time to get settled in!

FOCUS ON WELL-BEING

We advocate for your well-being and mental health. We will work with you to find a schedule that works best for you. We make sure you have a voice and presence in our team by having staff-lead meetings to hear your ideas and insights, having an open-door policy, and closing the office every day from 12:00pm – 2:00pm to give you time to eat lunch, catch up on records, and take a moment for yourself.
