My Why: My why is to bring people in the agricultural industry together. There is such a strong bond and sense of community within agriculture, and I want to help strengthen those connections and keep that tradition going for future generations.

Hailee Davis earned her degree in AgBusiness from Tarleton State University. Agriculture has always been an important part of her life, having grown up in a small town and being actively involved in 4-H and FFA. Those experiences helped shape her appreciation for the agricultural industry and the people who make it so special.
Her background in agriculture has given her a strong understanding of the importance of relationships, education, and community within the industry. In her role as Continuing Education Coordinator at Blue Heron Consulting, she enjoys bringing those strengths together through coordinating educational programs and events, building relationships, and supporting speakers and industry partners.
Hailee lives in Texas with her husband, their three kids, and their three dogs—Jade, Tuff, and Doug—along with their show pigs. She and her husband currently raise show pigs, keeping agriculture a big part of their family’s everyday life. Free time can be hard to come by with three kids, but when she has it, you’ll most likely find her cheering them on at their sporting events or spending time with the family at stock shows.
