We’re here to help. Let our Hiring Services team be an extra set of eyes and ears on the candidate market. Each month, our team actively engages with hundreds of candidates while recruiting for practices of all types and sizes, giving us a broad, real-time view of the veterinary talent landscape. With years of industry experience and a deep understanding of what makes a great practice and candidate match, our team knows how to spot potential. We’ll only reach out if we come across someone who we believe is a strong fit for your unique needs.
The best part? There’s no upfront commitment. If we meet a veterinarian who seems like a great fit, we’ll make the introduction—no strings attached. A placement fee is only applied if you decide to hire the candidate. Simple as that.

We are very satisfied with BHC’s Hiring Services. Working with BHC made hiring multiple DVMs so much more doable while simultaneously working in a hospital.
