With nearly 13 years of experience in the veterinary industry, Kysha has had the privilege of working in a range of roles – from reception, to HR, to finance. Her journey has taken her through both mixed animal and small animal-only practices, where she’s gained deep insights into the financial operations that drive a successful veterinary practice. Whether working with established practices aiming to improve, new startups ready to grow, or tenured veterinarians preparing to retire, her goal is always the same: to empower owners and teams to build and sustain thriving practices.

What drives Kysha is the opportunity to coach and mentor others within the industry, helping them shape the practices of their dreams while providing a sense of security and stability for both owners and their teams. She’s passionate about ensuring that every practice is well-prepared for its next phase—whether that’s expanding, optimizing, or passing on a legacy.

When she’s not working, Kysha can be found trying to contain the chaos that 3 daughters, 3 dogs (2 of which are puppies), 1 cat, and a loving husband can create. They spend summers seeking adventure and sunshine and winters are spent snuggled on the couch, eating snacks and watching movies.
