Small Animal Associate Veterinarian
Troy, OH

Small Animal Associate Veterinarian

Join Community Veterinary Clinic, a privately owned veterinary practice that has been serving Ohio communities since 1992. With five locations and a longstanding commitment to providing quality, compassionate veterinary care, Community Veterinary Clinic offers something increasingly difficult to find in veterinary medicine today: the opportunity to build a career that truly fits your life. As our practice continues to grow, we're looking for a Small Animal Associate Veterinarian to join our team in Troy, OH. Whether you're an experienced veterinarian seeking greater flexibility or a new graduate looking for mentorship and professional development, we're excited to explore how your goals might align with ours.

What truly sets Community Veterinary Clinic apart is our willingness to recognize that no two veterinarians are alike. We understand that professional interests, personal responsibilities, and career goals look different for everyone, and we believe your position should reflect that. We welcome full-time and part-time veterinarians, offer flexible scheduling, and are happy to accommodate doctors who prefer to focus on appointments and medical cases rather than surgery. New graduates can benefit from working alongside experienced veterinarians who are eager to share their knowledge and provide mentorship. Above all, we're looking for someone who enjoys practicing small animal medicine and wants to be part of a team that values collaboration, individuality, and work-life balance.

With access to modern diagnostic equipment, experienced support staff, and colleagues to collaborate with, you'll have the resources to provide excellent patient care while developing your own professional interests.
  • A Privately Owned Practice That Puts People First: As a privately owned organization, we have the flexibility to make decisions based on the needs of our doctors, staff, patients, and clients. From individualized scheduling to creative compensation and benefits arrangements, we're willing to think outside the box to support our team.
