Forest Hills Veterinary Hospital is a privately owned, multi-doctor small animal practice seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join our established team in Wilmington, North Carolina. In a market dominated by corporate hospitals and high-volume models, we stand apart by offering 30-minute appointments, strong support staff, daily surgical opportunities, and clients who trust recommendations – without production pressure or burnout culture. - Robust imaging and surgical support: Point-of-care ultrasound available in hospital for clinicians with ultrasound experience, along with mobile specialist ultrasound services providing same-day interpretations, case review, and treatment recommendations. Extensive surgical capabilities in an orthopedic-ready facility designed to support high-quality medicine and collaborative case management.

Compensation & Benefits
- Straight salary of $125,000 – $160,000
- Sign-On Bonus
- Relocation assistance
