Small Animal Associate Veterinarian

We also work closely with specialty hospitals in Nashville & Louisville and maintain excellent relationships with accredited veterinary technician programs to foster a culture of education and growth.
- Work-Life Balance – Full-time associates typically work four days per week (8 AM–5 PM) with a rotating Saturday (8 AM–12 PM every three weeks). Our on-call rotation is reasonable for established patients only, and additional compensation is provided for emergency cases.
- Collaborative & Supportive Team – With a 4:1 support staff-to-DVM ratio (sometimes 5:1 on Saturdays!), you’ll have skilled technicians and assistants helping you provide excellent patient care.
- Advanced Medicine & Diverse Caseload – We are a full-service hospital offering preventative care, internal medicine, surgery, orthopedics, and dentistry. We also provided emergency and critical care for established patients only. If you have a passion for surgery, this is the place to be! Our team also offers orthopedic procedures (TPLOs, fracture repairs) alongside advanced diagnostics and high-quality dentistry services.
Compensation & Benefits
- $110,000 – $130,000 base salary paid on 20% production – no negative accrual
- Production paid quarterly
- Rotating on-call (additional compensation provided for emergencies)
- Sign-on bonus & relocation assistance
- Medical insurance stipend
- 401k with 3% employer match
- $2,500 CE stipend + 3 CE days
- Rotating Saturdays (half days ever 3 weeks)
