Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary of $115k – $140k paid on 21% production (no negative accrual!)

Small/Equine Associate Veterinarian
Are you seeking a new and exciting opportunity with a privately owned practice in Western Wyoming to grow both personally and professionally? Bridger Animal Hospital & Haystack Pet Resort, nestled in the picturesque town of Thayne, Wyoming, is searching for a Small Animal/Equine Associate Veterinarian to join our multi-doctor team!
We’re seeking a veterinarian comfortable with a mixed caseload of small animal (70%) and equine (30%) patients. Whether you’re a seasoned vet or a recent graduate eager to hone your skills, we offer structured mentorship and flexibility to help you thrive.

- Ambulatory Equipment & On-Call Support: With a fully stocked truck and mobile radiography equipment, a candidate has the opportunity to expand our ambulatory services and will always work alongside an on-call technician during emergency calls!

- $95,000(+) base salary plus on-call emergency fee earning potential between $5,000 – $20,000 annually! Salary based on a four-day work week.
