Located in Sparks, Nevada, just 30 minutes from the outdoor playground that is Lake Tahoe, we’re a privately owned and 5-DVM small animal practice with a heart for mentorship, collaboration, and fun. We’re currently seeking a Small Animal Associate Veterinarian to join our team and grow with us. Compensation & Benefits
- $120,000 – $150,000 paid on 21% production – no negative accrual
- $10,000 sign-on bonus & relocation assistance
- No weekends or on-call responsibilities
- Medical and dental insurance
- 15 days PTO + sick days – PTO accrues annually
- Simple IRA retirement plan with 3% match
- $2,500 CE stipend + 3 CE days
- Lab coats provided
- Fully stocked breakroom with snacks and drinks
- Professional membership fees covered (DEA, state license, and pharmacy licenses)
- Liability coverage
