- Team Support: On a daily basis, you will have the support of at least two experienced doctors ready to assist with and discuss exciting and challenging cases! - Mentorship: As a valued member of our team, you won’t be left to navigate your professional journey alone. You will have a dedicated mentor who will meet with you weekly to discuss your goals, ensuring you have the guidance and support needed to excel.

Compensation & Benefits
- $125,000+ salary (based on experience) opportunities for raises every 3 months!
- $10,000 Sign-on Bonus
- Relocation assistance
- 3-4 day work week – no more than 32 hours/week
- No weekend or on-call shifts
- 8 weeks of maternity leave benefits
- Medical insurance covered 100% by employer

- 2 weeks PTO plus paid holidays
