Katey Keeton is a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor (Levels 1 and 2) and is especially known for her strength in Excel—spreadsheets and numbers are truly her jam. She supports multiple clients with day-to-day bookkeeping, cleanups, and ongoing financial management, earning a reputation for accuracy, organization, and reliability.
Katey brings a unique and well-rounded background to her work, with experience spanning customer service, legal, and insurance environments. This foundation has shaped her detail-oriented, compliance-minded approach and allows her to anticipate risk while building efficient, repeatable processes. She thrives on creating structure out of complexity, whether that means designing a clean Chart of Accounts, reconciling accounts, or improving workflows to better serve both clients and internal teams.
Born and raised in West Palm Beach, Florida, Katey earned her bachelor’s degree in criminal justice with a minor in sociology from Florida Atlantic University.
Now living in Lancaster, Kentucky, Katey resides with her husband, Noah, their children, Knox and Quinn, their two dogs, Rupp and Cali, and their two cats, Shep and Syd. Outside of work, she enjoys photography, being outdoors, traveling, and spending quality time with her family.
