Jeannie Bellsmith brings more than 20 years of experience in ownership, finance, management, customer service, business, and veterinary medicine to Blue Heron Consulting. She has owned and operated her own business and spent over a decade as a practice manager at an AAHA-accredited veterinary hospital, where she also served as one of three founding practice managers of the original North American Business Association (NABA). After her career in veterinary medicine, Jeannie transitioned into financial services, working in a financial advising office with a focus on comprehensive financial planning and asset management, and is recognized as a certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor (Levels 1 and 2), highlighting her commitment to excellence in financial management.
Passionate about serving others, Jeannie has long been active in her community. In 2008, she was commissioned a Kentucky Colonel in recognition of her efforts to provide local K-9 officers with bulletproof vests.
Outside of work, Jeannie enjoys gardening, traveling, exercising, hiking, FaceTiming with her children, and sharing porch time with her husband.
